Angela Aday, MBA

Executive Director / Chief Executive Officer
Angela Aday, MBA, is a mission-driven community development and public-sector leader with more than 25 years of experience advancing programs for vulnerable and historically underserved communities across Michigan. Her work spans grant compliance, nonprofit capacity building, workforce development, housing and public health initiatives, wraparound service coordination, and cross-sector partnerships. She currently serves as a Grants Compliance Officer with Wayne County Government and previously led nonprofit grantee relationships and program strategy through the City of Detroit Mayor’s Office of Jobs & Economy and Teach Empower Achieve. As Executive Director/CEO of Project Dandelion, Angela brings deep experience in accountability, collaborative systems, program implementation, and sustainable community impact.
